Interesting web sites

With the internet comes the next wave of study, quaternary study, that is progression on from tertiary study, unlike university it has the largest campus, the solarsystem.
The online nature of this site means that the student/lecture is now replaced with the web-browser/web-hoster.
As we can see from Hypatiasoc, people are interested in finding a place that has the correct ballence of IQ and creative works.
A site that has a female element to it, but also has males who are interested in interacting with a very intelegent women.
This is not to say that other sites do not have interesting subjects but it is suggesting that positive work, using the internet, is becomeing a demand by world need and this site looks at helping develop gifted peoples anywhere on earth.
IQ is not primarily the entry level requirement here, I feel, but instead members need a will to see gifted people attain the fuller potential they are capable of and this is the motorvation for people contributing to this site.
As has been pointed out with the pear shaped graph relationship between creativity and IQ. The highest IQ people are not he most creative people.
So this site sets a creative parametre that will have the Highest IQ people scrambling to keep up with the developments of the site as it spreads in to a greater diverse range of implementation of Gifted people's help areas.
For example http://www.sidis.net/ANIM11.htm is my favorate site at the moment and comes from a chap William James Sidis who intregs me with a very High IQ.
In this text we see a man outlining cosmology 50 years before the texts we have today to guided us in understanding the universe and this gives us a respect of his resoning ability as he develops his ideas and I see how they are filled out with theories of today that he predicted. He was 14 years ahead with his predictions of Black holes and more beside that we have to still unravel
His 250 IQ to 300 IQ that he may have had is safer to be stated as 200+ IQ universal genius for the very accurate testing of IQ we are seeing coming out now.
This status of High IQ is interesting to contemplate when reflecting on his works, in light of what he would have done if he had the internet of to day to develop himself.
Does any one know if he was a smoker and did that lead to is early death at age 46 in 1944?
I like a saying "divide and rule or unite and lead". I feel here we have, with Hypatia, a site that attempts to unite and lead. We are so lucky to have some very bright people committed to looking over the contributions and guiding the creative contributions.
I hope all people find something of interest for them in visiting and that they are able to leave a little of themselves for others to read and think about.
